Christina is an experienced and credentialled therapist. Her background in the martial arts and knowledge of the energy body have been useful in her work. A licensed massage therapist, she is completing a Reiki Master Apprenticeship. Currently she practices in a spa and chiropractic center.
In her presentation, Christina will compare various types of massage including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu and Hot Stone. She also will discuss other popular therapies like Vacuum Cupping and Reflexology. As Christina assures, “Massage no longer has to be a guilty pleasure.”
